We had an amazing experience at this vacation home! The property was beautifully maintained and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, providing stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the cozy living area, perfect for family gatherings, and the lovely outdoor space for relaxing in the evenings. The host was very welcoming which enhanced our trip. Overall, this vacation home was a fantastic choice for our getaway, and we can’t wait to return!

This has the possibility of being a fantastic place for a large group reunion such as ours: 3 generations, first time family together for 5 years. There are lots rooms that keep people from feeling crowded and the property was clean and plenty of towels.

The property had many issues. None were addressed. One bathroom had no lights. We had to take lights out of table lamps to have one light in the bathroom, showers were taken in the dark. The oven did not work. By their own omission, the property management knew this several weeks before we arrived. The tap in the kitchen was broken and regularly dropped off. One of the beds could not hold the weight of two people and collapsed. The bed frame was very flimsy and had clearly been fixed multiple times, the couple sleeping that room had to sleep on a mattress in the floor. Multiple loose switches throughout the house. A shock and potentially an injury The side door lock did not work properly either! We were charged for a ‘pet fee’ even though our booking clearly said we would not have a pet. Both booking.com and the property mgmt agreed it was an erroneous charge. Despite tons of email, tons of promises, the $250 that was unauthorised, we still have not had refund. Through the period prior to our arrival and after we departed, booking.com and the property did not address any of the issues. Despite multiple emails and calls, neither has returned a call or email. In fact, booking.com and the property spend plenty of time pointing fingers at each other. Lots of promises but no result. No one took responsibility to fix the issues, refund the pet fee, adjust the cost of the rental to make a recognition that this expensive property was not fit for purpose. I have used booking.com many, many times since it started up and there have been smal trouble but addressed reasonably. Something went terribly wrong on this booking and caused doubt about booking.com representing their customers . The many issues with the property meant that the property fell short of fit for purpose. Showering in the dark, taps falling apart, no oven to cook for 19 people, bed collapsing, and multiple other small issues.
