when I check in the unit I call the in charge person n inform tat l'm not happy with the unit coz not clean mattress n sofa not in good condition, we chk in at 3pm .they said will inform to property admin n ask us to wait .but after that v don't hv any response from them so I call booking .com customer service n i story to them what hppn they also help me to contact the property person but same no response..not only one time I got cl 4to 5 times to booking .com due this unit issue the In charge preson finally text me tat we will refund deposit fee nie ..n no other unit for replacement n they won't refund the booking fee, so and the end booking. com g me a suggestion to chk out n they will sent emergency email to the property person n they will help us to get back our full booking payment..this is the reason i cancelled this booking. booking .com promised me the will gt be my full refund within 24 hours

The apartment very clean.....the room big and simple. The facilities was good. The kitchen simple and very easy to use....rhanks for a few groceries prepared by the owner

The boths sliding door.....can't lock from inside which is not secured. Also about parking, in future please provide it for the tenant because the parking rate inside the mall are very expensive!

Location

The room not well maintain.. Washroom not clean.. Shower not functioning well.. Bed and pillow to old and have smells.. Overall not value for money and totally disappointed Also other facilities like sauna, gym can't be use..

I really unhappy with this property.. First u need to pay fir car parking. Then bed frame broken once I complained then got one guy repair and my checking time almost 7pm since I arrive at 4.30. Paip didn't work properly and I complained then only ppl come for clean the unit. Better don't stay this property
