No Curtains, very hot at the outside of the room, the air-cond is only in the room. Very noise came from customers downstairs and sound of birds and other animals too loud at night. Very far from shops and most importantly no designated parking for tenant. Not worth every penny to stay. Luckily only one night stay.

Clean but basic room. Nice breakfast coffee. Free parking.

We were hoping to have a tranquil stay amidst lush paddy fields but it ended up being very disappointing. Two hours before check in the owner messaged to inform us about construction work being carried out at the property. Workers started to make noise at 8am on a Saturday morning directly under our room, which was anything but tranquil. We tried to preorder our included breakfast with staff but were told we had to wait until the café till opened at 9am, after which we had to wait in a queue of external café guests and our order as homestay customers was not prioritised. We lost more than an hour of our Saturday due to this and on top of that the quality of the food was poor. The owner informed us that all paddy had been harvested as we were staying out of season, but there was no information about the harvesting seasons on the Booking.com listing. We paid a premium price for the scenery and tranquillity advertised, unfortunately none of which materialised. We would have chosen a different accommodation, had we known that noisy construction work was going on. There is also no Wi-Fi in the room. It's a mystery how this place could achieve such a high rating, given all the shortcomings and the poor customer service.

The bugs. I got really bad wounds and bad scars from the rove bettle (charlie) inside the accommodation

- ummm the place its quite peaceful & nice vibes to heal yourself.. the food was okay, waking up to the rice fields view was nice! The bed is comfy, a quick retreat but better stay when " Musim Hijau"

- theres a lizard inside with few small bugs inside the crib. - theres going to be a lizard food festival at night 😅 so be aware theres going to be noises - bring your toothbrush tools!

The location is perfect! Smooth check in & great food.

Some facilities (grill & window blind) could be improved further for comfort & security.
