CONVENIENT LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACHES AND THE MAIN TOWN. BUS STOP OUTSIDE. SUPERMARKETS NEARBY AND PHARMACY BESIDE MAIN ENTRANCE. LOCATED BESIDE THE FANTASTIC LA PALOMA PARK. TOP FLOOR OF BUILDING AND GREAT WRAP AROUND TERRACE ON TWO LEVELS WITH STUNNING VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS, SEA VIEW ALSO. LOVELY RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL AREA. GROUNDS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN INCLUDING POOL AREA. LARGE APARTMENT WITH PLENTY OF SPACE AND OPEN PLAN.

SECTIONS OF LOOSE DECKING ON THE TERRACE AND AROUND DOOR SILLS CAUSING TRIP HAZZARD. TERRACE COULD DO WITH NEW PAINT WORK AND TLC MAINTENANCE. FURNITURE ON UPPER LEVEL OF TERRACE VERY DATED AND WEATHERED. SLIDING DOORS LOCK FROM THE INSIDE WHEN CLOSED AND CAN'T BE OPENED EXTERNALLY, POTENTIALLY LEAVING A GUEST TRAPPED OUTSIDE ON THE TERRACE IF THEY ARE ALONE IN THE APARTMENT. SHORT UPHILL WALK FROM ENTRANCE GATE TO WHERE APARTMENT IS LOCATED.

Host that met us had limited English, couldn't answer the phone to us the day before as can't speak English, difficult to communicate trying to get into apartments. Swimming pool had no loungers therefore couldn't use the pool area in 39 degrees heat, wouldn't book again

No use of pool, the money we paid was excessive for what we got. No loungers at apartment either, all in all not good, we should have been advised we couldn't use the pool area for sunbathing. Also, a festival during our whole stay with music banging away till 5am! Won't b back unfortunately

Fantastic apartment the wrap around balcony was great . All mod cons included air conditioning was great. Read in pervious reviews that it was far from everywhere this is absollete nonsense everything is within a 10 minute walk. Pool is nice and refreshing.

The couch was horrible very uncomfortable and bits coming off it. I was in bed early my last night as I had a 5am flight woke up to a message saying I had to take all my rubbish with me . Was not told this at check in or anytime during the week so I didn't do it. Absolutely ridiculous that you are expected to do that anyway . The terrace upstairs could do with sun loungers

Lovely penthouse apartment in a quiet residential area. Spacious,bright and clean with full kitchen. Excellent WiFi and reliable lift. Great location with bus stop right outside complex. Fantastic views from sunny, wraparound balcony. Great communication with management company who dealt with a couple of minor problems immediately. Highly recommend and will return.

Very pleasant stay. Spacious apartment. Nice and clean. Excellent Wi-fi. Parking space. Air conditioned on 4 hour timer. Everything needed for our stay was provided. Large balcony extra bonus with great views. In a quiet residential area around 10 minutes from train station. Pool area.

Some of the furniture a little tired looking. A few minor snags (attention to detail really). But didn't affect stay. Would have been nice to have 2 keys.

This is by far the best apartment to stay in. It’s spacious with panoramic views. Lots of outdoor space and it’s very quiet and private. Near to shops, beach, transport, park. It really is the perfect stay, and we have stayed here before and will also book again in the future.

The apartment was lovely and modern and very big. Nice big pool. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with TV and air conditioning. And absolutely amazing wraparound terrace.

It was in a residential area so no restaurants or bars close by.....the sea front was a 10-15 min walk down a big hill. There was one food shop close by. We had a lot of trouble on the first day as had asked the week before if we could check-in earlier (willing to pay) as check-in was very late 4pm and our flight was early. They said they would let us know day before ....on day of arrival they said text 30 mins before arrival time and someone would meet us....I don't know if there was a communication issue ...cause when we arrived no-one was there and then when texted said couldn't get into apartment til 4pm. As it was a gated community we asked if we could even get code to get into pool area as we didn't want to lug suitcases about in heat and to change into something lighter (as no where to leave suitcases)...at first said not possible but then eventually lot us into pool area (which was good). Person who met us didn't speak English we said we would be at pool but they were at the apartment building(which we did not know number of as not in address) so luckily we managed to find them. No sunbeds at pool area

Large apartment very quiet and very comfortable beds, nice view all around from balcony area. Nice walk downhill to the front takes about 15 mins slight climb coming back up but not too strenuous.

Furniture on balcony area not great could definitely do with couple sun loungers, bit of a trip hazard through balcony doors to outside, not ideal when you vacate if in vehicle as have to drive down to get use remote to let yourself out then walk back up to apartment to leave gate fob. Nice apartment but starting to need a bit of TLC
