Location and ease to get to

Claire is very accommodating and kind, allowed us to checked in early and gave us a lift to Eden Garden also picked us up to our requested timing which made it convenient for us to see more of the town. Very tidy and space was maximized to its use, well thought of everything including toiletries, condiments for kitchen to use for long staycation. Perfectly sized for two and comfortable. Highly recommended and we would love to be back again.

None, but could have more rooms if possible for a group more than 2 people.

The property was in the perfect location, exactly opposite a nature reserve duck pond walk which was perfect for the dog and only 20 mins from the beach. The flat also had a big beautiful garden which the host said we were welcome to use. The space was a small flat within the hosts property but it was perfectly sized for two. There was also shops and pubs very close by.

When I initially first arrived I wasn’t sure how I felt about staying in the same building as the host as we could hear people in the next room and I wasn’t sure if I could relax, but after chatting to the host a few times and letting our dogs play, and having the owners dogs come hang out with us I realized she was very sweet and laid back and I actually didn’t mind it at all!

Claire was ace, so kind and accommodating. She even gave me a lift there and back to the Eden project. The property is separate enough from the main house so you don’t feel you are staying in somebodies home but Claire is around to answer any queries or questions. It’s clear by the little touches in the apartment that she has thought of everything and more. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Nothing, Claire has thought of everything, even down to an ash tray, outside but undercover for us smokers!

Not near a pub or restaurant if wanted to walk at night But kitchen was there if had Brough stuff to cook Hard to get into with car if coming up from Parcbeach as on a corner

Very comfortable bed , a very nice host. Everything well thought out everything you would need for a short stay. I.e shower , airfyer..not a long walk to a shop and beach.

Rooms a little small, with the bed against the wall on one side.

Easy to find. Good location. The kitchen was well equipped. Very clean and tidy.

We did experience some nose from the property above. Sounded like marbles being rolled across the floor? Just a thought, a mirror in the bedroom would have been useful when doing my hair as it was a bit of a stretch to the bathroom.

Lovely little place with great host. Excellent facilities and high comfort. Bijou though, so no sofas/lounge, but possible to use garden. Perfect base for exploring Cornwall

Lovely 4 night stay at this property, great location for beaches and walks with lots to do. Property was very well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Lovely garden to sit in if the weather is good. Nice local pubs if you want to eat out.
