Crack pipe inside gate near lock box Front door remains wedged open if someone shuts it you can't get in/ but also feels unsafe with it open On Extremely busy main road turns into race track in evening with loud music Whole apartment shakes when train passes can watch trains from living room and bedroom window Neighbours coming and going doors slam make front door and kitchen wall rattle Can even hear when neighbours use microwave Bathroom door sticks so you get trapped in bathroom luckily there were two of us so other person has to shove it open from outside Shower hose n head water goes everywhere owner is aware as mentioned on pervious feedback but not fixed Very hot apartment fans are provided but only 1 works again owner is aware but not replaced did offer for us to go buy one and would refund but we didn't have time and shouldn't have to, as it's so hot needed windows open but noise even worse so no sleep at all Marked walls Metal bed frame slides across floor when getting in and out slat broken luckily just one person in bed so slept in middle Both mattresses uncomfortable very warn can hear springs move every time you turn over, metal bed squeaks on movement Flimsy furniture dining table wobbles and stall to dressing table not safe do not use it Freezer looks like been left open as frost is incredible and door doesn't shut flush due to amount of ice What we paid and from pics looks like luxury apartment it really isn't / extremely overpriced

Very convenient for Watford Junction. It was great to have onsite parking. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

The road outside is very busy from early morning, so it gets a bit noisy
