Fantastic location, house was very clean and well presented. Great space. Hosts are friendly and communication was very easy

The apartment looked so nice from the outside and part of the lounge that we did see briefly before realising we'd been ripped off.

We'd booked this accommodation months in advance for a concert as it was a 5min walk to the arena. We put the pin code into the door and walked in to find another group of people sitting in the lounge. They had booked the same accommodation - unit 4 - for the same dates as us. When I tried ringing the numbers provided, they were disconnected and unable to be reached. Booking.com couldn't reach them either. We ended up having to book cheap, alternative accommodation late notice that was nearly a 20min drive as everything was booked out! I want my money back plus the alternative accommodation costs.

Great location, super handy having off street parking

Detailed site access with photons from the owner really helped to locate the site and where to park our car. Without that, I would have lost my way in the busy traffic, thank you!

It was great location to get everywhere in Christchurch. The property was absolutely clean & tidy and also all amenities were fantastic. The owner responded so quickly and I can tell he or she was nice friendly person to chat. Good to have own car park was so handy. Strong recommendation
