"good location for events in starz arena"

price is good, parking on the street was okay (garage parking is with extra fee), apt. was used for one night stay and was sufficient.

tram tracks are close and they are heard (I am person living in a house in quiet neighborhood), and probably kids from upper floor were running around and woke me up quite early. not fault of the apartment and host themselves, but my sleep wasn´t that great.
