The person in charge charged me twice because he said he didn't have the reservation payment from booking so I paid twice because he wouldn't let me in.

It was a good value.

Male staff sexually harassed and verbally abused me and my partner as well as many other guests.

I was charged for my room but never was allowed to check-in; I was told I should leave if I did not like it. I finally joined a male co-worker in his room and had to pretend we were married just so I could stay the night. I was berated by the male staff and was told not to come out of the room, ever. I felt unsafe and in danger every second I was there. The staff locks the doors to all rooms multiple times a day, every co-worker had to get new keys most days.

Comfortable and clean

They put me in a 2nd floor room after I told them I had a couple heavy bags. Luggage cart, yes. Elevator, no. Good lord.

Nothing! They gave our room away

The overnight staff was rude and disrespectful. He said my card declined so they gave the room away. Which is a lie. I already had the confirmation and everything. He just didn’t wait for us to get there. An hour before our arrival he sent message saying my card declined. I’m didn’t see it until I arrived at the hotel and he told me and he also stated that they had no more rooms. I drove 8 hours with my wife and daughter to a hotel I reserved and had no where to stay. We had to sleep in the car and shower at a truck stop. Pathetic on the part of the hotel and staff. I called the hotel before we left to confirm that I could check in at 1:30 am upon arrival and the gentleman I spoke with said that was fine, then when I get there there is another guy on staff and he’s the one who gave our room away with the sorry excuse that my card declined. My card could not have declined, there is always money in my account. He just gave the room away with no concern about us driving 8 hours to our destination. Tired as heck and get to no room. Something needs to be done. I’ll be waiting to hear from you!!!
