CAThe host was very kind and accommodating. Excellent location, just a short walk from both the train station and the historic centre. Very clean.
It was not clear to me from the listing that this was a (locked) bedroom in an apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen - I even went back to re-read the listing after we checked in and still didn't see anything about sharing a bathroom, etc. for the room we booked (the Deluxe). I probably wouldn't have booked it if I knew; we were woken up numerous times throughout the night by the other guests just opening the heavy doors and using the bathroom. Also access to the building requires using an app to open the front gate, which we found to be a bit stressful because we'd be stuck if our phones died (even to exit the building!)
AREl edificio hoy en día es el más importante de Subiaco. Palazzo Moraschi es magnífico. Si comparamos la calidad de la estadía con el precio de la habitación, el costo es definitivamente bajo. Súper recomendable.

ITITDisappointing stay. It’s not clearly stated that even if you get king or queen “suites”, there is one single shared bathroom for all three rooms. It is basically someone’s grandmother’s house which is marketed as a hotel or villas but in reality is more like a shared dorm. We booked two rooms for two couples but there was a random third couple staying in the third room waking us up during the night and the morning by banging around in heels. The photos are very misleading too. The check in process was handled unprofessionally through whatsapp and requests for payment before we get access to the room even though supposedly we could pay at the premises. We stayed for one night and in the morning we had a person at our door (presumably a cleaner) asking us when we would leave, before the check out time, which made the check out process also quite unpleasant and rushed.

L'accueil lamentable par message et téléphone, pas de rencontre, on ne t'ouvre pas tant que tu n'as pas tout payé, même si tu es dans la rue de nuit et qu'il commence à faire froid, chambre miteuse avec mobilier de bric et de broc, pas de table de nuit, pas de lampe de chevet. A part l'emplacement, une très mauvaise adresse, beaucoup trop chère pour la prestation proposée.
CAthere was no breakfast, the room was a good size but there was one bathroom for 3 rooms and two of the rooms were occupied with the other room have 2 people in it. Their web page said private/shared bathrooms but there was no evidence of any private bathrooms. There was no free parking with the room, It cost me an extra 19EU$ to park one block away.
very noisy and see above. I contacted their representative after I checked in and saw the room advertised for half the price for that night, in response he said there was nothing he could do about that.
