The property is exceptionally loud as it is directly on the main Road to Rome

It was too close to a fantastic gelataria, so you will unfortunately eat lots of it!
PLThe location is very close to the historic centre. The level of cleanliness is one of the highest I've ever seen. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Parking places for motorcycles are right in front of the buillding on the other side of street. The kitchen and bathroom are shared between rooms so it all depends on the good cooperation :)
RULocation is a plus. The big parking is round the corner.
The property is very very old. The old lift, old keys which is really hard to use, old furniture, old window frame that sounds horrible. Very noisy. Hardly I can imagine to sleep in the room. It wasn’t written that the bathroom is shared and have some cleaning utensils in the room. It wasn’t mentioned in the description that it is smoking rooms, so when neighbors started to smoke, I had to leave, despite the fact I paid. It was literally smelled like if someone smoke a cigarette directly in your face. I was also asked to pay in cash, due to problems of bank terminal.
GBThe host was very friendly, the bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Access to the property was secure and easy.
The door to the balcony didn’t lock properly and was not secure which left us worried and could’ve been accessed by other guests. The property was cold at night. There was a partition at the top of the bedroom wall with other bedroom which was large enough for a person to climb up and slip through. This had us worried. There was hostel vibe with many guests using one toilet going in and out of it and it was hard to secure a spot to bath.

ECThe room had a lot of space and was so confortable. The bathroom was also very clean and good. The location is good, with only one bus you can get to Rome in 1 hour. There are nearby cafeterias, overall very good.

ATAll good. Very attentive owners. In the center of Tivoli. Older apartment but very well kept. I certainly can recommend this B&B.
