Tôi mong muốn chi phí hợp lý và bao gồm trọn gói các phụ phí trong giá thuê như xe đi lại trong khu resort, các bữa sáng nên bao gồm trong tiền phòng với chi phí hợp lý so với các khu resort khác. Hiện chi phí ăn sáng phụ phí tính ngoài tiền phòng. Trong khi đó chi phí trong nhà hàng của resort khá cao so với các khu resort gia đình đã nghỉ ngơi trươcs đây.

đặt trên booking không có phụ thu, nhân viên booking liên hệ thu phụ thu, thu xong ok, không hề nhắn lại 1 lời giải đáp thắc mắc

The place was not cleaned properly and was very dirty, unlike the photos. It probably had not been used for a long time, the dishes were not usable, there was feces around the kitchen, and there were cockroaches. The floor was dusty, and the bathroom had not been cleaned for a long time. Cleaning supplies were left in the room, and since I had a small child, it was not in a condition to stay at all, so I went home after an hour without staying. Also, when we arrived, we were told for the first time that there would be an additional fee for using the kitchen, and a deposit of one million VND was required in addition to the accommodation fee. On top of that, they asked us to remove this review. Moreover, even though they made us pay half the amount in advance, they didn't even check the condition of our room in advance, and they didn't accept any cancellation fees, so be careful.

I loved pretty much everything about the property. The air conditioning was amazing ❄️

Only thing I didn’t like was the bikes were a bit out dated and need to be upgraded.

The resort had everything and I would have liked to stay longer. It was super comfortable and peaceful.

We were not provided with keys to the door, only to the bikes.

The villa was not well-maintained and needed a deep-clean. The host tried to charge us a fee not listed in the relevant places on the booking listing, then ignored Booking.com’s directive not to charge us the fee and instead threatened to cut the electricity if we did not pay. The host messaged us frequently about this fee rather than talk to booking.com and we left a day early to avoid the unsafe and uncomfortable environment.
