Balcón de la Cañada - Casitas Select

Location to Nerja, motorway and supermarket. Swimming pool, cooking facilities, air conditioning, washing machine. Smart TV.

Old pool table with 1 cue, old balls. Shower water soaking the whole bathroom floor. No TV stations. Lack of basic information sheet on villa and information about the area.

This is the third time we have stayed in this villa, two previous occasions we rented from a different owner but this third time did not disappoint . Ralph (The host )was very helpful and was always quick to respond to questions I had prior to our stay. The villa was perfect in every way very clean , well equipped and the perfect size for 2 people , great location just so peaceful thankyou so much and we will look forward to our next stay 😊

There honestly is no negative points to share .

The plunge pool was great, as the weather was really hot. The villa was perfect for 2. It’s such a shame as with very little TLC, it could be perfect. The villa was tired and was the contents.

The only 2 wicker chairs were broken and sore to sit on. The pool table had broken cues, the table tennis table was broken (main part was separating from base). The bathroom is unfortunately a little grubby with mould and I hurt my toes a few times on the bedroom floor, due to all the raised laminate flooring, due to previous flooding from the bathroom (which is en-suite to the bedroom). And the only other personal gripe was only 3 mugs, basically every day I needed to use the dishwasher. Such a shame as for very little effort the villa can be marvellous.

Comfortable place in a lovely area, had all amenities, enjoyed playing pool outside.

Needed more crockery.
