Location perfect 20min walk to Bangala Rd variety of shops nearby

"Poor service by staffs"

Location

The staffs were helpful at all. Service quality was poor. I was given wrong room type by their staff and instead of rectifying the mistake hotel was trying to recover the diff amount with us. At the end they didn't charged it but they repeadly mentioned i have to pay 700 bath extra as I'm occupying a diff room than what I booked. No one bothered to clean the room of fill the essentials like water, coffee etc. Overall very average experience not worthy.

Owner was such a sweet lady. She smiled and helped us check in early as the rooms were not so packed. It was bang on the location walkable distance to any place.

Morning breakfast could have been better with some more vegetarian options.
