FabHotel The Lily - Nr Bisarjan Ghat

I loved the location and surroundings. Also, the room size met my expectations.

My experience was quite disappointing. The hotel's cleaning services were severely lacking, as food waste was left in the corridor for two days without being cleaned. Despite requesting housekeeping, my room was not made up during my stay. Additionally, the door lock was not fully functional, which raised security concerns. The bathroom amenities were inadequate, with a lack of essential bathing and freshening supplies. They didn't even bother to change the towels. To add to the disappointment, the complimentary breakfast was served after 9:50 am and was of poor quality (they bought it from a roadside Food Stall). The staff were generally unresponsive and seemed indifferent to guest needs. Overall, I would not recommend FabHotel The Lily based on my experience due to poor service, inadequate cleanliness, and unresponsive staff.

Room wasn't ready at informed arrival of 11:00 pm. Rooms weren't as shown in the pic. Very Disappointing. No towels, no toileteries given, when asked in the morning a wet one towel and a small soap of lux only available. How on earth someone else submitted a review that i need to edit now ?

There was no hot water for bath. Even some time no water at all in the wash room.
