Villa Torriani with heated pool PH11

Literally everything, the location, the pool, comfortable beds, outside dinning area and most important the host who was very helpful and kind!

It was spacious, plenty of bathrooms, a nice pool, plenty of outside space. Could have done with more mugs in the kitchen. Comfortable and king size beds. Nice quality everywhere.

Unfortunately whilst we were there the properties either side were having renovation work done, so was very dusty and noisy at times, but that didn’t Detract from the facilities and ambience of the villa

The property was outstanding very spacious for a family visit of 9 adults and 2 children , it was fully equipped with every thing needed for a stay away , superb location only 10 minute walk to bars restaurants and the beach .

Nothing with the property

1. Comfortable beds in 4 bedrooms. 2. Small but nice swimming pool. 3. Kitchen and its equipment, even with not working wine fridge. The standard one was enough for us. 4. Number of bathrooms = 4 all together. 5. Easy and nice check in / check out with really nice personel. 6. Parking place - both inside the property and also possible an outside. 7. Size of the house = big enough for 4-5 couples.

1. Two bedrooms are located in the basement with really small windows close to ceiling. There were no photos of those rooms listed / showed, probably intentionally. 2. Bad smell in one of the bathrooms in the basement. 3. Garden equipment - chairs, sofas, etc. - damaged, dirty or used. For this price we expected better quality. 4. Garden table plastic cover was very dirty with some food from previous guests. We cleaned it carefully but anyway, it should be changed from time to time.

warm pool, good parking, table tennis in the garage, spacious and comfortable, grill, several refrigerators, briefly - everything you need.

So clean and beautiful, and feel like home away frm home

The villa was spacious and had all mod cons.

No hot water for 3 days, no heated pool for the first 4 days of a 7 day holiday. We understand that the reason for this was as a part failed on the boiler and as it was Christmas the agent struggled to find an engineer to carry out the work. The villa had a flood in the weeks leading up to our stay and this left a damp smell and some doors in the lower level unable to close - the handy man came out and sorted the doors when we made them aware. We didn’t like that the 2 lower level bedrooms had view/windows are ceiling level so very little light and could not open the windows to help with the smell.
