La ubicación es perfecta y la limpieza en general.

Se escucha ruido toda la noche ya que está en Gran Vía y en la ventana hay un agujero para el ventilador. No cuidan los detalles por lo que el precio solo está justificado por el lugar.

La ubicación perfecta! La vista desde el departamento no tiene precio! Lo mejor de todo fue la vista!

El duchador hay que cambiarlo! Está viejo y no sale bien el agua, lo que complica el bañarse bien. Después de pasar todo un día caminando por Madrid, uno quiere darse una buena ducha y eso no pasa con ese duchador!

"Pequeno departamento sobre la Gran Via para estancia corta"

La ubicacion sin dudas aunque solo podes llegar con combinacion del metro 8 y 10 y caminar luego unas cuadras. Tiena una linda vista de la Gran Via aunque tenga un liston de madera sobre la ventana para tapar o sosterner el tubo del aire acondicionado portatil que funcionaba a la perfeccion. Claudia la senora que nos recibio muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar con las dudas que tuvimos.

Tal vez podian dejar azucar y una botellita de agua para cuando recien llegas. Una plancha seria muy practica tb. Sal habia. Se neceesitaria una pava o tetera.....calente agua para mates o te con una ollita. Eramos dos, cuidamos el uso de las toallas grandes porque era 1 por persona, pero en 3 noches podes llegar a necesitar una mas. Con 3 estaria perfecto. Ah! Y la puerta de entrada al edificio a veces quedaba abierta de par en par. Senti inseguridad, mucha gente caminando por la Gran Via.. por suerte nada sucedio. Un solo dia vimos a un senor que suponemos era el portero del edifcio.
