The owner was very responsive to our messages and attended to our arrival time. The arrival procedure was smooth and nice.

The location is extremely convenient, right in the city center, we could walk to practically all the major attractions in Madrid. But as it's a busy street it is also a bit noisy. However the small issue does not take away from the fact that it's a great little place to experience the heart of the city.

The best features of this apartment are the location and the price itself.

The apartment is very small, but since I am a solo traveler I had no problem with that.The sound protection of the apartment is very weak and the visual impression itself would be worth talking about.Due to the price itself, which is more than acceptable in the heart of Madrid, these complaints did not spoil my generally satisfactory impression of the facilities.

Squeaky clean and surprisingly well maintained apartment. Maybe a bit on a tiny side for a longer-term stay, but for short-term it's just perfect.

Take heed of the notice from booking.com that says you must contact owners via phone or whatsapp to collect your keys.

Wonderful location. Very cool and tasteful decorations. Comfortable bed and furniture. Apartment had anything I might need for a few days.

It was a bit more expensive than anticipated and the online check-in process was annoying.
