I booked specifically because online it said we could request a crib, as we were traveling with our 10month old. The front desk staff stated they’ve never had cribs.

The ac was noisy, a dog was noisy, could hear people outside. Desperately need black out curtains on the window. The blinds let in all kinds of light. I wasn’t aware they didn’t have shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer or coffee pot.
USThe location was ideal for different food choices and close to shopping.
The room had not been adequately cleaned. A housekeeper barged in because apparently the room was still on list to be cleaned after we'd checked in. I mentioned areas that needed attention and she just walked back out. One of the bed frames was extremely wobbly and squeaky.

The lady that was there at check in acted like we were bothering her by just wanting to check in and spoke so fast I couldn’t understand what she was saying. The lady that was there at checkout was extremely nice.
