The staff was great. Room was super nice, clean and comfortable. Quality all around! Super location! Nice accessories, linens etc. I would definitely return.

The entry to the accommodation needs sprucing up and to be better lit. There is no elevator if you have limitations. There needs to be a better after hours plan unless I missed something.

Great location, lovely design. Attentive receptionist with fantastic recommendations of what to do in the town.

Not very clear instructions on where to go to the reception. It would be helpful to receive a WhatsApp or email in advance to let someone know it is on the second floor. Also, it was challenging to open the door at night. Again, it would be helpful to know that you have to pull the door towards you with the bronze hinge to open it. Otherwise, everything was great.

Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und das Zimmer schön. Ich habe gut geschlafen und für's Frühstück gibt es Cafés in der Nähe.

Die Treppe ist etwas schwierig mit schwerem Gepäck zu besteigen.

The room was almost new, we had room nr 1 (Music room) nice and spacious, good fridge in the room but nothing in it (drinks etc can be bought at nearby supermarket). The locations is great with many shops and restaurants all in 3-10 minutes walking distance. Parking can be done in front of the hotel on public road BUT its paid parking from approx. 09:00 till 19:00. Cheap though, approx 1,00 per hour.

The rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is NO LIFT. We suggested to use the chairlift that follows the stairs for those who are less mobile but we were told that this was out of order, so the hotel had no access if you are not able to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor (at least during our stay). Then, this room nr 1 (Music room) has NO SHOWER. You have to sit in the bath with a hand shower, not the most convenient and for older people it may be very tough to get out of that bath. There is no breakfast being served, there is a small room where one can eat their own food, that has to be brought in, so better have breakfast outside, plenty of choice.
