Perfect location, clean home and it smell nice

There was a remote missing, but the host brought it that same day about an hour later which was perfect for communication

It was cute

The host lives behind the unit and will invade your privacy. There is no deadbolt, the doorknob just turns a complete 360 and wobbles due to being loose. While being broken there are also stickers that say do not lock. It’s broken. I booked a two bedroom and the master room was locked. I did not ask for anyone to unlock it but someone showed up unannounced and unlocked it with a butter knife instead of a key. The entire property is a safety risk. I did not stay at the property and they refuse a refund so I will be filing a police report for theft and safety violations.

Loved the size of the home, black and white esthetic of the kitchen and bathroom and how comfortable both beds and sofa were.

Someone parked behind us in the driveway our first night blocking us in and we were unable to leave the next day until after 1pm. Also, one of the bathroom towels we pulled from the basket to use after a shower was already used/dirty.

The property had modern furniture and bathroom fixtures.

The property list 3 beds, there were only 2 beds and the owner did not address my inquire of the missing bed. The only reason we choose the place was because of 3 beds! That was fraudulent advertisement and we should receive a partial refund. The wood floor was buckling/raised and was a serious tripping hazard. When we walked in the place had a weird smell. The pictures presented the kitchen to be bigger than is. Every piece of built furniture was broken or failing apart aside from the tv stand and night stand. The owners charged us $35 outside of booking for a incidental fee knowing their place should not have been on the market due to the floor! Also that fee should have been mentioned prior to booking!

Loved how spacious it was. Plenty of amenities, even games & cards. The host was also SUPER accommodating & helpful as we were in town for the Beyoncé concert. Centrally located, so all of the hotspots were a short drive. Looooved our stay!

It was close to downtown and amazing food places

Some mold growing in shower and buildup of some kind on the shower head, there was a couple nails and/or staples poking up from the floorboard in the doorway to the master bedroom which we stepped on multiple times

Great price and cute and clean space. The kitchen was a good size with coffee and some spices, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were a little soft for me but the sheets were so soft and I ended up sleeping quite well.

The location is good in terms of being near the area we needed as we were visiting some friends. We didn't go downtown or do any sightseeing, but I think this space would be near all of that. However, I am marking down a bit just because the house is right next to a highway. Not too bad most nights but Saturday night there were cars cruising and revving engines and the place doesn't have much sound proofing. Still a good deal for the price, but if you're sensitive to noise you might not get a great sleep.
