Please note that the property car parking cannot accommodate minivans, but only 2 standard cars. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. We will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The heating will work, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please note at this property the animals are welcome, we have an extra charge of 60 euro/stay .This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
