MYHouse so clean. Good environment, very safety place, very spacious and good enough things to be stay. For family trip really recommend
1st the person communicated in WhatsApp not given any information correct. 2nd when enter house cant open key box waste time over there. 5pm above only go inside house. 3rd ask to checkout on time. After said we enter late coz error give 1 hour extra 4th deposit collection rm1000 never mantion earlier. Never mantion anywhere. Last minute said rm1000 deposit. Will refund after check out same before 6pm. But after checkout said transfer will taken 3 to 7 days use by credit card and 14 to 28 days for debit. Transfer direct also need to waiting 14 n above. After told their mistakes said return following day before 6pm. Until 6pm nobody contact. When contact my self said transaction failed. Need to wait. I really don't know how their manage their system. Im work in hotel industry 8 years in MALAYSIA. Now in singapore 4 years. Got stay alot place. All booking platform im used to book. But its was very worst experience with their staff.

SGSGThe host was prompt in attending to our queries. Collecting keys was easy. The property was big and spacious for our 5 group of families. It was not easy to find accomodation for big group like us. It is very clean. Location is great cos a few minutes drive away there were rows of shops, eateries and mart. So no need to cook. Just buy our bfast, lunch n dinner.
The only downside was maintenance of the facilities. We found a leak on the side of the pool. We were worried that it could get worse. The table soccer was missing the ball and there was a tear on the surface of the snooker table. Perhaps time to replace them.
