My Luxury Downtown Vibe Suites

The apartment was clean and spacious.

Our apartment was directly behind a bar/nightclub so had a hard time sleeping with the loud music.

Very clean and comfortable.

The pubs are loud.

Location was great!!!

As we arrived the apartment was not cleaned from who stayed before. We contacted the property manager and he was quick to respond. However, as we arrived back to our room we had no hot water which was a big let down we tried to contact the property manager both by text and phone call but no reply.

The suite and location are great.

Very impersonal suite management with almost no customer service (no one permanently at the address, you need to call and ask by yourself to understand how it works and what’s going on; no room cleaning between our 2 nights); we booked the formula with breakfast and discovered once there that breakfast is supposed to happen not before 9am (impossible for our 2nd night because of early check out to go to Heraklion airport) in a cocktail bar nearby with no bakeries, no fruits and only black coffee and that we would need to pay extra for a cappuccino (initially I thought it was a joke…) We went elsewhere and therefore I kindly asked the owner to cancel our breakfast and the very polite answer I got was « we are sorry you chose it so we cannot do anything for you » It looks we dont have the same definition of what is breakfast included nor what is customer service compared to all other locations we have visited in Crete. I would also mention that there is a music bar background noise at night which was acceptable for us but if you are noise sensitive to sleep at night then you should know it.

Great location with balcony view of beach and old Harbour. Good if you want to go clubbing every night to 3am. Breakfast is exceptionally good.

Bad location in that it's directly above a nightclub with open roof which plays very loud music to 3am every night. No sleep until it stops. Ear plugs provided aren't good enough to stop noise. Need better quality. Disappointed when we arrived at 9.45pm and air conditioning off and 31 degrees in room and took a long time to cool down.

No kitchen facilities, it wasn't an apartment it was more a studio room, everything was in one room except the toilet, the access to the shower was poor, the sink was dirty , we had a leaky toilet. Not enough space for clothes
