Nothing is there to like in this hotel

Very conjusted rooms, staff not professional at all.. breakfast for name sake.. better not to provide breakfast.. very very poor service

The man at the reception was kind and helpful, the bellboy was sweet and he really tried to make my stay a pleasant experience. I was given breakfast very early in the morning, even though the kitchen was not yet open. For this I am very thankful. I also slept well, despite the traffic noise, the bed was actually very comfortable.

The hotel was basic, room noisy and smelled of smoke. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. But honestly, I knew the kind of place I was booking and being in India normally would have not bothered me just for the few hours I had to stay there. What really troubled me is that hotel did not have my booking, furthermore it claimed that I never stayed there and did not pay for my room!

Being close to the airport and Santacruz railway station it was a good place for me, for city visits and as well to leave for my place.

The rooms were not like pictures, location not suitable for tourists, not very clean, dirty linen on the beds, very small bathroom.
