nice and quite area which was great

it was that time of the year where it’s freezing and the heating wasn’t working that we had to sleep with our coat on. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Cold. Worn out beds and bed linen. Poorly lit outside.

to be honest there weren’t a whole lot to like

beds didn’t even have bed sheets pillow cases etc they were all in a pile on the floor mixed with dirty wet towels as soon as you walk in the door, there was also piles of sawdust dotted around the house that nobody bothered to pick up, toilet seat was broken, cutlery weren’t washed properly some had stains on them

Bathroom needs a little work

Value for Money, really good location 5/10 minute taxi from town. Area was quiet no concerns.

Noise floor boards and not the most comfy beds however considering what we paid no complaints

Front lawn full of weeds , broken pathway, smelt terrible entering property , not clean with fusty smell , shower terrible leaking toilet Towels provided but beds and furniture damaged Spacious garden really what a mess
