the apartment is spacious and comfortable, clean, private parking and close to excellent beaches. the owner Marco was always in touch, responded quickly, and was ready to help with advices, even allowed us to make a late checkout, so that we could enjoy the sea before leaving. Thank you!

L’emplacement, le calme et la vue. Proximité des plages : 10 à 15 min en voiture Personnel très réactif : Le gaz ne fonctionnait plus dimanche soir, la bonbonne a été changée moins de 30 min après.

Équipement minimal dans la maison. Devrait disposer de plus d’ustensiles de cuisine.

Ideale per rilassarsi con una vista spettacolare. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiaggie a 10/15 minuti di auto.

Appartamento grande, luminoso, bella e ampia terrazza con vista. Quartiere tranquillo e residenziale, parcheggio sempre disponibile e gratuito. Proprietario sempre disponibile, caldamente consigliato.

Un po’ fuori dal paese

Apartment was pretty.

You had to pay additional money for everything - towels, bed linen, trash bags. Overall I was very disappointed. I was also very surprised about the deposit which is not very popular on booking.

They were really responsive, giving us a lot of recommendations. It’s was ok but no more than that.

It was our 3rd stay in Sardinia and our least favorite. The property looks so much better on pictures. Plus, I don’t like when they choose their best pictures of different unites and put them in the descriptions because it’s misleading in our choice. It’s also much different when it’s a property management vs an individual owning the apartments. 1. Very basic. Almost no soap/1 paper toilet roll provided, no washing machine soap provided (we had ours but I’m comparing to our other stays). 2. The beds were so uncomfortable. 3. We were on the main floor and we had neighbours above and above in diagonal and whenever someone would drag a chair on the floor it was making so much noise because the floors are ceramic and there were no pads under the legs of the chairs. To is qould wake up our kids many times. One time one if the upstairs occupants (diagonal with us) moved a bed and that woke up our kids in a panic - the whole apartment was so poorly sound proofed - sound carries very easily. Pads would have been needed for the cupboards. Every time we would close a door it banged so loudly. Fortunately the custodian was very responsive and came to put pads under the legs of our chairs but could not for the neighbours upstairs on time… 4. We chose this property because of the little playground. Unfortunately because of the picture I was thinking that we were on the same floor and we could access it from our patio but no. Our children are still very young, old enough to play on their own but would have to access it by the street and that is a big no without a parent. Plus, it needed a bit of love and care. My 4 year-old daughter found broken glass in the yard. 5. There are a lot of bee and wasp hives around. We could see them near the house roofs. So unfortunately eating on the patio was not possible. 6. I think that I saw a rule of no animals permitted and one of the occupants had a dog and ot. Was barking early in the morning.
