Stylish 4-Bedroom House near NEC/BHX

The house was easy to find, easy to access, extremely clean and beautifully furnished.

Booking for a 2nd time because it's a Superb 4 bed home that's warm and welcoming... Must book again... Fantastic hosts 💯💨

Very nice looking modern appointed house with lots of space

No TV in the main living room so it wasn’t possible to relax as a family and watch TV, which was quite disappointing for a family stay over Xmas. The only TV downstairs was next to the kitchen and there was only 2 comfy chairs there. The place could benefit from a regular deep clean as it was quite dirty in places outside the main visible spots covered by a quick cleaning session.

Easy to find, good location and very clean area

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a lovely and spacious 4 bedroom house. The bedrooms were all comfortable, cost and had decent wardrobes, drawers and space for our luggage. The living room and dining room area was warm, comfortable, clean and homely. The kitchen and shower room was extremely modern, with amenities included. Ince the heating was in, the whole house remained very warm. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had and we were able to communicate with them easily.

I can’t say I didn’t like it, but some rooms were very modern like the bedroom down stairs and one of the bedrooms upstairs. The other 2 bedrooms were slightly dated. The living room was old fashioned but just immaculate. I would say the property would be better with an additional shower room. There needs to be some lights outside the house (sensor lights) by the walkway to the front door as it was pitch black and you can’t see what your walking on and was tough carrying our luggage. The description states there are 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet, hence why we booked this for 5 adults but the description was apparently by Booking.com and not the property owners.
