Hongdae Stay 10min walk from Hongdae

We chose the property as it stated 10min walk from Hongdae but we ended up walking a good 30 minutes with our luggage as the pin provided by the host was different from the actual address (actual address was only provided after confirmation and requires separate input into the map application). What made it worse was there was no lift up to the apartment even though the host indicated lift facilities available in the description. After the first day, having figured our way around, it still required at least 17 minutes to walk back to the apartment from the train station. Whilst there were two rooms in the apartment, the second room only had a bare mattress, with no pillows, laid on the floor. The towels provided were hand towels, not bath towels, and there is no dry and wet separation for the bath and toilet so it was quite uncomfortable using the toilet after someone had taken a shower. The only plus factor was that the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a convenience store located within 2 minute's walk. Overall a disappointing stay and definitely would not recommend to anyone travelling with young children or elderly members.
