Beide Badezimmer brauchen mehr Pflege bzw. neue Ausstattung

Posizione eccezionale vicino a tutte le attezzioni di Catania stanze e spazi comuni molto.spaziose e cucina facile da utilizzare per chi vuole prepararsi il pranzo o la cena in appartamento

Unico neo è che purtroppo per chi ha difficolta' a fare le scale è un poco impegnativo......essendo un palazzo storico è sprovvisto di ascensore

Nulla dell'appartamento

Appartamento estremamente sporco Nessuna attenzione per la manutenzione dei bagni di cui allego foto, per parecchi problemi idraulici sistemati alla beninmeglio Lenzuola pessime, qualcuno anche bucato Materassi igienicamente da denuncia alla ASL di competenza.

colazione disponibile al bar sotto l'appartamento, con voucher. La casa si trova in centro in un palazzo molto elegante al primo piano (no ascensore). Accesso con codice in autonomia. Non c'è parcheggio (ma nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi parcheggi a pagamento custoditi). È molto grande, ci sono due camere molto spaziose, una cucina, una zona living separata, un bagno, disimpegno/ingresso/ salottino su un piano e al piano superiore un'altra camera con bagno. 2 Balconcini. La zona è eccezionale, a pochi metri da via Etnea. Phon, accessori per cucina, stoviglie, climatizzatori, divani, sedie e tavoli in tutte le stanze, comodissima.

SCARSISSIMA ATTENZIONE PER LA PULIZIA. Non potete farci trovare il tavolo della cucina ancora unto e sporco, le tazze da colazione ancora macchiate di caffè ed il piano cucina con le macchie, alcune tazze addirittura avevano macchie e residui incrostati. Ovviamente per voluta trascuratezza e mancanza di rispetto per l'ospite (pagante) e non certo per distrazione o per questioni economiche . Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Ma non mi sarei azzardata ad utilizzare una sola pentola e tutto ciò che ho usato l'ho lavato e disinfettato.

These photos tell a different story from what’s actually inside . This place is filthy and doesn’t work for groups of you want to function and have power and have a shower . We had lots of issues too many to mention . However , it’s in need of an actual clean and the furniture is old and broken and the bed linen was old the pillow I had was like a bag of cotton balls and stunk . He seems to be accommodating at the start when we arrived but when all the issues started he flipped and was happy to argue his place is spotless and well maintained . I sent him a screenshot shot of his poor reviews and he said they are just opinions? Not worth the money even though it’s a good location I feel sick and itchy he must had bed bugs as well . We found the last guests rubbish cigarettes ash in the frypan ??? And their dinner under the couch and the mould in the shower was disturbing we wore beach shoes

The entire place needs furniture replaced and a deep clean and a new host

It was very dirty. The apartment is rundown and needs a renovation. Many furnitures are broken, the Shower looks disgusting, moldy. No toilet paper provided ( only one for 6 people for 4 nights,) no kitchen towel, no bath mat. But the biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. The broken toilet Seat was mentioned in reviews from last November, so the owner seems ignorant about the issues

Location perfect for easy browsing. Large rooms. There is everything in kitchen for self catering if needed. The host was very kind when contacted prior to arriving. The apartment has huge potential if they renovated it.

Extremely noisy. People from bar downstairs, street cleaners can be heard as if you're in the street. Toilet seat in bathroom that doesnt fit. Airconditioners without batteries for remote. Very worn, tired furniture. Lumpy Uncomfortable beds.

very spacious apartment! they helped us out of bad spot! glad we ended up here! in the city centre close to everything! the Cafe called nuts under out apartment was lovely, very friendly staff.

noise from street below to main bedroom is bad, we ended up in the room on top floor. bring your own body wash and hand cleaner.
