USThe apartment was nice and loved the location. Bed and pillows were good. Everything was clean. The communication with the owner was excellent.
I wish that they have a bigger mirror, the first day wash my hair was challenging because the hot water didn't last. But then I learned how to do it.
ESGood l9cation, modern and clean apartment
Big humidity/mold issue in the living room. Did not tell us about it prior to arriving. When calling them they claimed they didn’t know it was “that bad”, so they knew about the issue. Had to wait over an hour for the key to be delivered due to a a problem on their side. Nice friendly staff but really bad organization. Way overpriced
DEThe Location was good, it had a lift in the Building
The apartment doesn’t look exactly as in the pics, the sleeping sofa is terrible uncomfortable and the mattress is dirty, there is no sufficient (and clean!) bed sheets etc. the bathroom is super tiny and smeels like drain :( … the windows are technically there but you cant really open them as they look to the inside of the buildings, its also very light as the curtains are super thin, also its very noisy like you can hear the neighbors (and during our stay there was very loud construction work in the apartment next to us, all day)… the lights system shut down suddenly which the owner said it was an overcharge of electricity but we only had 1 air conditioning and a laptop connected. While the owner tries to be helpful, it was a bit too much messages: for thr check in, for the keys code, again for the keys code, for the check out, instructions to the trash etc… normally when we have rented an apartment we just exchange maximum check in and one check out message if at all. For the check in the owner requested additional money (apparently written somewhere in the post of the apartment) but in booking when I entered the time of arrival it send me an email saying that is OK and that it generates no additional cost, so confusing…
GRthe appartement is renovated with very good taste. It was very clean and the location is excellent. It’s more suitable for up to two people. Martha was very responsive and helpful. i would defiantly stay again in a next visit to Madrid.

UAIt was our first time in Madrid with my 12 yo son and we loved the place totally. It’s small but very comfy and well equipped. The appartment is located right in the center of city which makes it great to start and finish your day as a tourist
As the building is quite old, there is little smell of tubes in the toilet, it since you open the window there and let the fresh air circulates, it’s gone.
