Bedding is somewhat worn, but clean and we don’t need to fill up landfills just because something isn’t new. All else great and highly recommend!!

USGreat location for visiting Zion. Great house set up with all of the amenities needed. Grocery store, gas, and restaurants all super close.
Didn’t realize the back patio was looking into a parking lot a privacy fence would be nice. Also patio is not covered or shaded.
