Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, view to the lake while dining and also from the balcony. The location is sort of side on, rather than full on the lake if that is important to you. You descend when you enter the building therefore bedroom, bathroom are almost below street level (or gated community pavement level). A decent kitchen area, three café options - machine, cafetière or percolator! Perfect. Nice seating and dining area all combined in the one area. Comfortable bed and fine shower. All apartments have their own washing machines in the basement area with communal indoor drying lines. We requested and were quickly given a fan as we needed some air, that improved things quite dramatically. A twenty minute walk into the centre of Menaggio. Our driving navigation system took us the wrong way - go vía Como, vía Luigi Cadorna, vía Monte Grappe. Staff we met both pleasant and staff in Como quick to respond.
