The location

This apartment is severely infested with cockroaches in multiple areas, including the drawers, bathroom, armchair, and closet. This situation is absolutely unacceptable, particularly as the same issue was already mentioned in a Booking.com review dated October 25th, indicating that the owner was aware of the problem. I reported the infestation on the day of arrival, and an additional cleaning was carried out two days later. Unfortunately, this did not improve the situation in any way. In addition to the infestation, we were unable to open the window due to strong outdoor airflow, excessive noise, and unpleasant odors. This made the environment even more uncomfortable and prevented proper ventilation. Furthermore, communication with the owner became poor to nonexistent after these issues were reported. Therefore , I do not recommend this place at all .

Cozy and perfect location

Spacieux, l’accès à Netflix + minimum nécessaire et suffisamment sécurisé.

L’odeur dans l’immeuble, la pression de la douche et la température de l’eau est à revoir sérieusement. Et surtout la présence de cafards (meubles, douche, sous le lit…. ).

The building

The smell on the entrance or the main door as you about to take the lift it doesn't give good impression about what you are about to get as you go to the room

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and cafés. Of course a bit noisy then.

Please do pest control. Many, many cockroaches.

Close to the beach and the stores are nearby…. View is lovely
