El Xalet d’en Joan Maria d’Altafulla

Très bon emplacement au calme dans la ville d’altafulla. Parking facile dans la rue.

Logement sale. Taie d’oreiller qui sentent mauvais, plaque de cuisson non nettoyée et four totalement inutilisable, tellement dégoûtant. C’est dommage quand un ménage est facturé, le logement devrait être propre à l’arrivée des loc, ce n’était pas le cas.

La fraîcheur de la maison et l'espace. Pour 9, c'est confortable.

Fabulous house, very large with 4 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 shower), comfortable beds, aiircon and everything you need and more (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, excellent wifi). Lovely area outside to eat or chill. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with lots of free parking on the street. Less than 10 minutes walk to the village of Altafulla which is very nice and has lot of restaurants. 15 minutes walk to a nice beach with a castle. 20 minutes drive to PortAventura. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Strongly recommend.

We have rented this house for two weeks. Two families 4 people each, adults and 3 kids. And we absolutely loved our vacation! Large three rooms on top floor hosted 3 kids in one room, two adults and one adult and one additional room on ground floor – had another two adults. House has one air conditioner at the stairs between the floors, which was enough to cool down the air in the whole house. Additional two ventilators at ground floor help to feel fresh air even when air conditioning is off. Large dining area inside, easily hosting 8 people sharing the space with TV zone , where you can put on youtube, etc. Nice kitchen with almost everything we needed and large fridge and freezer! Most of times we had dinner outside – as there are two large tables, one in front and another one behind the house (in quiet zone), and a small barbecue. By the way watch out for the coal, as due to air humidity or coal quality it might take a while to set them up 😉. All house appliances like dishwasher, washing machine, gaz water heater make life in the house feeling like you’re at home. Supermarkets are close, we drove there by bicycles (5 min) most of the times. City beach is 20 min walking and nearest restaurants near the old castle are 5 min walk from the house. Area is safe and calm, plenty of parking space outside on the main road. Neighbors are nice and friendly and I am afraid we were mostly making noise then visa verse 😊Beaches are close, although we usually took bicycles and went to Tamarit beach, as it has the best beach restaurant, plus a nice view to the old castle. Finally, I would like to add that during our two weeks stay we had two small issues – one with the toilet and another problem with connecting new gaz balloon. In each case reaction was superfast. The next morning there was someone to help in order to let us enjoy our vacation at best. Excellent customer-oriented attitude! We will surely come back again as we still didn’t manage to see the region enough☺️

Beautiful town, perfect sea, lovely house. Very kind and responsive host. House has everything for short and long stays. We stayed for two weeks: two families with five children. Very good yard with shadowing trees. You can fill in the pool for children there and have a barbecue. House has good air conditioning, which is very important for Spain. The house is very close to the good supermarket Merkadona (5-10 min walking), Pharmacia (5 min walking), sea (25 min walking), and restaurant (5 min walking). Me and my family and firends are very satisfied.

I can`t remember anything absent of uncomfortable.
