Great host, thought of everything, so many little extras that made our stay just perfect

Really nothing to say here as everything was fab, if I complained at all it would be sofa a little low for my old knees, lol no fault at all with the sofa, just my dodgy knee 😊

Clean, cosy and plenty of room for us. Loved the fire and the hospitality was amazing! Really great accommodation.

Spotless. Very comfy beds, nice quiet area

Light blinds in the twin room, no curtains, so as soon as it got bright, the room was lit up. We were able to gobak to sleep (comfy beds help). But again, if light sleeper, it might be a problem. Curtains would be great and a mirror in the twin room if there's a lot of women trying to ge ready at once 🤪

Nothing really at all. Only one small thing - The ensuite bathroom sink was clogged.

Lovely bedding and a good welcome pack of food and snacks.

NO CURTAINS in bedrooms yes a blind but not sufficent it was very bright. I ended up sleeping in the living room. Decor drab and bland it felt like someone had just moved out and just left some furniture.(felt a bad/void atmsophere like something untoward had previously happened there).Strong smell of drains throughout the property. Why the previous reviews give this 10 is beyond me. After a 3 night stay I have come home tired and feel disappointed. Have relayed my opinions to Darren.

I booked cosy Beech for my mum and dad for a night away. Darren was a fantastic host. He communicated well regarding access, he even offered them a later checkout and had a lovely welcome package set out on arrival. They said the house was spotless and warm. If I am ever down in that part of the country I will definitely be booking here for myself.
