This location is great! Quick access to downtown and in a seemingly quiet neighborhood.

It was not clean!!! Tons of bugs (flies gnats etc). The bathroom smelled of sewage. The whole unit smelled like a smokers home. The worst part is the whole house leans like there is foundational issues. I felt like I was standing in the Tower of Pisa. (Not owners fault) watched a group of kids steal 2 cars in under a minute in broad daylight in the plaza across the road and there was a significant length of power outage without a reason as to why. So kind of felt unsafe.

Super cute decor, very cozy, backyard was adorable, great for hanging out in the evening

Street parking or very narrow driveway, you couldn’t park a large vehicle there

Down the road from a Christmas story house. Nice location. Big spacious living room, kitchen.

GPS kept taking us the next street over.
