On reaching they did not provide me the room took me to some other hotel ovet their no toilet paper and even the flush was not working .pathetic service
INCan fit within a low budget but suitable just for a night. But not for a solo woman traveller. The location wasn’t great.
The room offered to me did not have the TV, the floor had dirt marks that would not go. The wall had marks and the bed was touching that dirty wall. I could hardly sleep. The toilet had one of the false ceiling tiles open and could see the guest through it which was a naked one without the plastic cover. Looked dangerous and hot water did not even come out. I could not take a bath as I had an early morning flight to catch. The breakfast was not served on time and I left without eating. Evening f a basic tea coffee maker was not there. Reminded twice to get coffee which came 40 mins late. I got late for the airport too. No Ola could even identify the location. They don’t have a restaurant so don’t know how they claim excellent breakfast. They get you food from a restaurant near by and you won’t get anything till that opens. The surrounding is very shabby too. I will never recommend this property to a woman.
INThe warm and friendly staff , always looking to assist and go the extra mile . They are truly an asset to this hotel group. The staff in the reception, guest relations, housekeeping,and concierge are truly where the excellence in this hotel comes from , always looking to make sure the guest is happy and feels welcomed. The staff is the heart of this hotel and the reason why guests keep coming back . I also commend the high food quality , all meals were fantastic , and there is a wide variety of food to cater for all dietary requirements. Will be coming back again .
INEverything was good- Room, Breakfast, facilities, location, staff. Best was drop off to any office at BKC. The services were quick.
