new apartment 2 minute from the port

This lovely apartment was in a nice location by the port. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. It was 15 mins bus from the train station. All you need to cook was available and it was comfortable and nicely decorated. Good value for money. Livorno is a gem

Nothing - I left after 10 minutes it was absolutely awful

Where do I start? I think a prison would be nicer… this property was absolutely awful. Blood stained sheet, stained sofa (I didn’t even want to sit on it it was that bad!), dusty and dirty everywhere and the bathroom full of bugs! Aside from the disgusting state of the place, it was very bare, had no natural light, thin walls, paint crumbling off the walls, smelt badly of damp and the walls looked as if they were damp, unsafe electric meter and water meter with wires hanging out… just horrendous. I left after 10 minutes of being here and went and booked to stay elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting. Do not book here! Raising this with booking.com as I want a refund.

Very simple, sufficient for one night

Spacious and clean flat in excellent location. Great communication with helpful host, quick to answer all queries. Very easy self check in/out. Would stay again.
