FabHotel Prime Indeedcare Resort - 500m from Bakkhali Sea Beach

Worst experience , totally unprofessional.

AFTER getting the confirmation from FAB hotel prime against receipt of booking amount, there was no alloted room for us. It was a complete harassment for us with kids and women travelling for a long three to four hours from Kolkata. They somehow managed to alot a room room against two rooms, and in the evening, they alloted another one, but they charged a premium amount for those . This was a complete nonsense, unprofessional headache they gave us, which was supposed to be a leasure tour. Everyone be careful

I am never visit bc of I am book this hotel but I am so many time I will called no body answer I am loss my money west of time and money. No system no customer care number nothing Not response people and prosperity

Breakfast was OK, The room was OK, but the washroom were bad Geyser was not working. Tea Kettle was there but cups not given,tea bags given but no powder milk provided.
