Garreg Fawr Trearddur Bay - Ty Melyn

Location perfect for visiting Treardur bay beach and surrounding areas. Very spacious and modern - ample off road parking for two large vehicles and secure garden and patio areas. I would imagine in the better weather ( we visited February) it would be perfect for chilling and a BBQ- plenty of room for young ones and furry ones to play safely. Good quality outside furniture. Bedrooms and beds very comfy and incredible storage and space. The travel cot and highchair were of good quality and comfortable. The only trouble now is our 6 year old grandson wants bunk beds and a TV in his room!! Lovely hallway so easy to manoeuvre with pushchairs etc and the downstairs toilet and large under-stairs cupboard were an added bonus. Had a couple of queries during our stay and was answered and resolved within minutes of contacting the owner.

Although it was a very well equipped kitchen with all white goods and our food delivery guy found the location very easy to find so helped to complete a stress free break with grandchildren and furry kid. Just needed a couple of things if I’m going to be picky - hooks behind bedroom doors and bathrooms for towels/ dressing gowns, only had a 2 slice toaster could do with a larger one and a cheese grater. Also just the one tea towel.

Very spacious. Easily accommodated 8 of us. Prosecco was a nice touch.

Over all clean but some areas that needed attention . The fridge, some cutlery and main bathroom. Welcome basket needs to be cleared out. Some out of date stuff in there.

This house has the wow factor, it was spotless, modern and has everything you could need. The owners really have thought of everything. Fire pit outside, and a secure garden. Also has robot hoovers and huge massive tvs in each room. The kitchen has a huge table which is great to fit everyone around. We also got left a bottle of Prosecco and party hats which was a lovely touch as we were here for my birthday weekend. Washing machine and drier was so handy as a big family we were able to keep on top of washing while away. The beds were really comfy with memory foam mattress. The owners really have put comfort first here. Only 5 mins from supermarkets and a couple of mins drive to the beach. House is in a lovely quiet area we didn’t hear a peep out of any neighbours.

Immaculate property in a brilliant location. We had the most amazing stay. When we arrived you couldn’t even tell this was a dog friendly property it was absolutely spotless. We had the most perfect weekend with a combination of lovely local restaurant food as well as using the brilliant open plan kitchen.

Nothing the property was perfect

The location was great for our trip to meet with family in the area. The house was lovely, very modern and had everything you would need.

No complaints

It was lovely bright and easy really roomy and comfy. Lovely decorated and they left a bottle of presecco. Also enough bin bags toilet paper and dishwashing tablets washing up Liquid. Ect. Hairdryer and towels Iron and ironing board. It also smelt lovely. Was definitely a home from home. Lovely garden and patio area. And a car charger was a big plus.

Not sure if the owners check on the property very often but the cleaner missed quite a lot The drawers were really dirty especially under the oven and hob. The sink wasn’t very clean at all and the fridge was filthy too. We didn’t really use the fridge but I refuse to rent somewhere and start cleaning. Also if I was the owner I would invest in a frost free freezer or get the cleaners to defrost the freezer. We didn’t really use the freezer so wasn’t a problem to us. Also no instructions about what we need to do when leaving the property. We just stopped the bed emptied the bins. What we usually get told to do when we leave a booking .com property. Also forgot to mention the radiator was on in the bedroom with the bunk beers no instruct how to work the heating.
