Location.

Mattresses were dreadfully uncomfortable. You could feel every spring! Draught through the window in the lounge area, as the window wouldn't close properly. Could have been a lot cleaner and overall, requires some redecoration.

Nice unit, plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen. TV, lounge, nice. Bathroom great, shower seperate to toilet. Very quite

A bit remote, but not a problem as we were able to cook & store food in the fridge. Bedrooms would benefit from a "block out blind". Sun came I through the curtains at 530am

Very well equipped caravan, makes you feel at home, children loved PS4. Swimming pool on site is a nice bonus. Location of the holiday village. Value for money

Noisy neighbours on Friday night having a party until midnight. Dripping tap in the kitchen. Spring mattresses.
