Stanza piccola ma molto bella e ben organizzata. C'era posto per tutto compreso il garage per l'auto e un gradevole terrazzino. Tutto nuovo e pulito e in perfette condizioni.

Struttura in un contesto residenziale tranquillo. Dotato di tutti i servizi. Posto auto in cortile e con possibilità di garage. Balcone con tavolo e sedie. Molto vicino al centro di Peschiera, sia in auto e sia a piedi. Ottima accoglienza del proprietario.

Balcone in comune con il vicino accanto, separato solo da un cancellino non chiuso con lucchetto. Odore di cibo sgradevole proveniente dal vicino accanto.
