Izba bola krásna, čistá, veľmi dobre vybavená, poloha blízko stanice a obchodu, milý majiteľ a rýchla komunikácia. Cítili sme sa tam veľmi dobre.

Apartment looks like in the pictures, very clean, they welcome you with a trace of sweets. The owner was open to solving problems.

The apartment has a boiler of 50 liters only. The hot water lasts a maximum of 15 minutes. We didnt know this and in the first night we showered with cold water. Then we showered only with closing the water which is not comfortable at all. 15 min is not enough for 2 persons for us. Then you need to wait more than 30 minutes for the boiler to heat up again the water for another shower. The customers must be aware of this in our opinion. The owner was nice at the beggining, but after we told him some problems (shower and window not closing), he became rude. We appreciated that in the first 2 days we received daily housekeeping even if it is not mandatory for an apartment. After we complained, we didnt receive nothing anymore (toilet paper, housekeeping, towels etc). We stayed for 5 nights.

Instructions were clear and we were able to get in earlier than expected. Very obliging host. Lovely room
