Cosy 2 Bedroom Flat in Lake District

Great central location with easy access to everything and parking permit with facility just 2 minutes walk away. Excellent information and response time regarding any queries from the host.

Cosy flat in the centre of Kendal. The nearby car park and use of the multi car park permit was a bonus.

Some music did travel through the kitchen wall from Indie Craft Beer bar next door, as the bar has a first floor adjoining area. It was not a massive inconvenience as simply closed the kitchen door late at night. Greater control over the heating system would have been preferred, outside of the set on/off times. However, it was not a major factor as it was a humid March weekend and it may have been us not able to operate the thermostat correctly! Despite the kitchen being well stocked there was no bread knife, so cutting a loaf of unsliced bread with a tiny knife was challenging but not the end of the world. The shower was not very powerful. Despite this, water still spilled onto the floor and had to wiped up after use.

The location was great as it was right in the town centre near to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops.

There were some areas that needed additional cleaning.

Close to everything, rooms were spacious and everything was clean.

Entryway was cold and felt too separated from property to feel confident leaving belongs there. Parking spot was a bit far if you have lots of luggage, but good that it was included.

Communication from the owners was so helpful and very friendly. Location was amazing to visit the shops and restaurants but nice and quiet on an evening. So clean, bright, modern and definitely cosy ! Such a short distance from the parking the car to carrying the bags to get settled too. We were so happy, and hoping to book again soon !

Location was a bit far from Keswick which we visit a lot but the property was fantastic and the hosts were brilliant

Location but that was our choice

Location in centre of town. Clean and well appointed. Washing machine / dryer very handy. Owner very responsive to queries. Easy checkin. Great local pubs.

Bit small for 4 adults. Comfortable seating for 2 to 3 only. Needs extra armchair. 2nd bedroom small. More suited to family with kids. No washing up sponge, handwash, washing powder etc., but local Tescos just around corner.

The apartment is completely refurbished and very clean. Each room can be set with different temperature. The parking is few meters away. The owner was super friendly. He gave us lots of information and gave us a very useful pass for parking throughout the lake district.

Great location and we had a comfortable stay as last time. Will be coming back again.
