"I would like to file a complaint about a reservation issue. I feel that the front desk staff was dishonest with me. They told me there were no standard rooms available and tried to charge me a much higher rate of $285 for a special room. However, when I checked online, I found many rooms were available for only $98. It feels like I was being taken advantage of simply because I am a tourist. I hope you will address this issue with your staff so that other customers, especially those from Asia, are not deceived."
DEPerfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Waren vom Gebäude und Zimmer sehr angetan und positiv überrascht. Hatten nicht mit Frühstück gerechnet und haben uns dann umso mehr darüber gefreut. Das Welcome Colorado Center liegt fußläufig.
