USUSEverything, somehow my reservation got canceled when we were trying to change the room earlier in the week. And she did amazing at getting use exactly what I had on my reservation in the middle of a very busy time for the hotel. I appreciate the effort when it was a very stressful time for them.
USThe employees were so kind and helpful. The cleaner literally ran through the parking lot to return a forgotten power cord. They were also very understanding about my senior dogs.
