Charming apartment 200m from Bryggen

The location was perfect for sight seeing with loads of lovely shops and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. The tram line and bus station were only about 10/15 mins walk away and the tram line travelled to and from the Airport frequently. The property was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location (but up a hill which might affect some people). The host was easily contactable if we had needed but thankfully everything was fine.

The only thing was water ran out under the shower doors in the bathroom so around the tiled floor by the loo and sink got quite wet and with 5 of us in the apartment, the floor got wet a lot and could get slippery. I’m sure an extra big bath towel would help that though.

Property was clean and cozy. Kitchen and apartment were very well equipped. Instructions to get into the apartment were clearly mentioned. Host accommodated my request to leave my check in bags in the room much later than check out time and I appreciate it a lot. Host reached out to check with me if my stay was comfortable, which is a very nice thing to do.

Shower area was a bit too small. A dryer in the apartment would be nice addition.

Perfect location.

The location was excellent for Bryygen especially as the apartment was practically up the slope behind the famous shops.
