Relax and enjoy a unique home near Canterbury City Centre sleeps up to 5

It was fairly close to the city centre.

-Not being able to pay other than by bank transfer, at least a day in advance of arrival to the property even though booking.com said ‘no pre-payment needed.’ -Staff responded slow or not at all to emails/messages and we needed to call to chase to get the key-safe code. -When we spoke with them over the phone they said it was a 4pm check in, even though booking.com stated a 3pm check in. When we alerted them to this we were told by the member of staff ‘I very much doubt that’ and told us we can’t check in until 4pm. -A heavily stained towel and blood in the sheets on the main bed. -No kitchen towels and no toiletries even though this was advertised on booking.com. -£75 charge for a dog which seemed excessive, particularly given how run down the house appeared. -Terrible mattresses in the second bedroom and no space as they packed 3 single beds in 1 room (and when you need the bathroom you need to go downstairs to the end of the kitchen).

The location of the property was good.

The property wasn’t clean. It was infested by ants downstairs. We could not even walk barefoot! The kitchen and the appliances were also infested by ants. It was just not worth the money! Extremely disappointing!

Clean and comfortable, with a view of the cathederal (from the Tower Way property'). It was a shame we were hardly there!

Got bumped from the property we booked in Lancaster Road into a Town House on Tower Way, but turned out OK Parked on double yellows with a Blue Badge and got away with it...but it was a worry...

Good reliable service. Property was clean and was quite homely and comfortable. Customer service support was fantastic
