We booked three rooms with balcony and about 35mq. When we arrived after a very long driving journey we found out that the rooms were completely different on what we booked. One was with no windows and no balcony the other two's weren't even 35 mq but only 18-20mq. This is not acceptable receiving different rooms on what you booked.

The room size is decent with a balcony, clean and the aircon is good. It is conveniently located near the VinCom shopping mall, restaurants and cafes.

The property does not have any lift. It was difficult for us to find the hotel when we arrived. There was an intermittent noise coming from the plumbing system throughout the day which was annoying. The toilet floor is slippery with sharp corner around the sink which is very dangerous. The property does not accept payment by VISA card although in the booking.com page it is mentioned they accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. This is a bit deceptive by them.

Room/Hotel passable. Only was happy with 2 staff members in hotel who tried to help especially with trying to rent a motorbike, which turned out to be an impossible task for the whole of my stay. Changing foreign currency was also a nightmare. Would not recommend Tay Ninh as a vacation spot.

The cafe owned by the hotel across the street had decent food. The staff spent most of their chatting or on their phones. Little respect for foreign guests. Tried twice to overcharge me. Very disappointing.

We don't know there most snacks/drinks/towels in a room have a cost. We did booked a hotel but should we pay for snacks/drinks/towels when we use it and pay for it?
